hi i am new here and need some advice/help

seriously, anyone else have a sensible input?

Hi again,
Tramadol, 50mg or 100mg?

What i can say about Tramadol, in comparison to other as for example codaxol, is that Tramadol is very mild opiate (also not only containing kodeine, but another substance which i dont remember the name of, but it inhibits the reuptake of noradrenaline and serotonin), we all respond differently on opiates (kodeine). From experience I know that tramadol has less of that Buzz...and yes that description is very good, it makes perfect sense. Tramadol 50mg is slow acting, in my case i noticed the buzz 4 houres after consumption. It is also time released, so it will have effect 12 houres (6 hour half time) before loosing its analgetic effect, due to its longer half time. In comparison to codaxols 4 houres (half time), but much more potent, or in otherwords, a faster "high", the buzz.
I guess i belong to the 10% of the users of tramadol who has a slow breakdown of this substance, which also means you hardly feel if any " buzz" , however the codaxol IMO is better.

Never exceed the dosage of 300mg per day, this can cause serotonergt syndrome. . . serious condition!

I dont use tramadol anymore :)

tramadol does not contain "kodine" it contains tramadol hcl its a single drug in there. maybe i misunderstood what your trying to say lights but your right about the norepinefrine (noradriniline) part the one ingredient is a mild mu against and norepinefrine re uptake inhibitor weird crapy frankinstein opioid if you ask me i don't like it but to each their own sorry to get off topic can see how light tramadol use 7 months ago would effect how you feel alcohol today.

i ment to say i can't see how light use 7 months ago would effect how alcohol feels now sorry using my phone and still getting use to the forum

Sadly, I stopped enjoying alcohol after I was on opiates for a couple years too. I got clean and stayed clean for a year, tried drinking alcohol and still nothing but an upset stomach, no "buzz" or typsy feeling. I drank a half bottle of vodka just like u did. Unfortunately, Im back on opiates now and can feel a buzz from alcohol again. Idk what the fucks going on with my body but looks like I have a similar problem to yours.

so you only get the effects of alcohol when you have taken opiates? are you sure its not just the opiate buzz? that is strange, i was hoping with time things would go back to normal, ive been off tramadol for 7 months
