I'm Jamie and believe support from like minded people can really help me. I have struggled alone with addiction for many years and have decided enough is enough. My family are unaware of my problem so any help/advice/someone to talk too would be most appreciated.
I've been on Methadone for 7 years and decided to change to subutex. Day one was yesturday but went into withdrawal taking 4mg buprenorphine (waited 24 hours but was obviously too soon). As the pain was so bad i took some H (annoyed with myself)and it relived the w/d. I am determined to make Buprenorphine work for me and am due to take my second dose of 4mg. My question is will I go into withdrawal again, as I took a small amount of H this morning?
