hi from newbie scotsman

Hello Jayjay.
have you started with methadone recently, is that why you are anxious? The adaptation to the dose may take a couple of days, but you'll feel alot better in terms of withdrawal. Depending on how serious your polyaddiction was or still is, how much you're using and also due to tolerance and do you couldn't stop. Sometimes when the risks are too serious, so often and you see your life turning to a dangerous routine methadone can help you as 'theorically' you could have a normal life.

However, considering the long lifetime on top of being notable known for being a very hard medication to come off, I suggest you stay low and while you have this break from your day to day life to think about what and how you want your way out of all of those drugs you've mentioned. The taste of freedom is way better when you get to this stage.

We have many threads you can find help such as TDS for recovery, Sober Living, Mental Health. It's all up to you, we can help you go through that! :)

Keep us posted! And welcome.
