I'm not going to list my medical history, but I have had lower back issues for 22 years, since I was 16. Spinal Stenosis, degenerative disk disease, L4-L5 Fusion, Decompression L4-L5.

Wow... sorry to hear that. sounds like a whole lot of painful years. I suffer from reoccurring,degenerative injuries from a near fatal car accident almost 6 years ago-I know that is no where near the years you have had to deal w/ never ending pain,but I can definitely sympathize.
On a brighter note...Welcome to Bluelight? How did you find out about the site and what brings you to finally join our wonderful world wide community???
