I may have posted to the wrong introduction page? I don't know (that's why I need a little help navigating!), but anyway, HOWDY from Arizona. I should tell you I'm really grateful there is a site like "Bluelight" to have conversations with like minded people trying to get through their own particular issues and struggling or conversations with those doing alright with it and helping others to get through it!

I have just discovered I have a little known medical condition called "Akathesia." I am SO relieved to know it's an actual tangible thing because frankly, I was going through some really dark moments, but now I have something to talk about in a semi-intelligent manner, amongst some other stuff. ie: chronic pain, opiates/opioids, depression, guilt, health issues, and on the other (happier) side...music, relationships, movies/TV shows, guitar, cooking, sports, camping, long walks on the bourbon, stoner metal, life and other comedy. So yeah, it's all cool.

Maybe someone can steer me in the right direction or give me some pointers navigating the site...or navigating my poor choices I sometimes gravitate to.

I hope we have been of some help thus far. Would you like me to move your post to an another forum based on your intro? I just noticed it's your second greeting in NMI.
