With the situation you(The OP) are in it sounds like your tolerance is going to go wayy up in the coming years so don't sweat it. Just have fun and be careful. :)
 
regular exercise and sweating will help, but of course smoking less frequently is the best. Smoking every other day helps but smoking only on weekends is a guarantee way to stay low on the tolerance
