Hello everyone I thought maybe I could find other addicts here that may be going through the same things as I am someone to talk to that understands the problems of being an addict and who has been there my dof is heroin.

Hey! Im new here too but am a recovering heroine addict with a 4 yrs off smack, I had a couple major surgery's at 3 yrs dope free and had to be on Fentanyl for a yr. Seriously my worst nightmare. Im on Suboxone now and though I dont think about using smack or needles I know if I ask they will give me opiates. Its hard and Id love to chat and try to support each other, Hope this finds you well. <3

These links should be helpful. There is also a mental health forum. I am sure there are plenty of people going through what you are.

I have had some problems with opiates in the past myself. I suppose the question in terms of where to direct you is whether you are trying to get or stay clean or just want to talk about things. There is a forum for just about everything.

Hey hey, Welcome to BL.

Off the dope myself 5 months, been doing this a long time, I understand the problems… struggles we go through, although not the same, there are underlying similarities… common denominator kinda
If you have any questions I'm on and off this site a lot.

Best,
Smoky

Thank you for the welcome not been on in a while... What did it take you to get sober if u don't mind my asking? I have more than enough reasons to become sober but I just can't get passed day 2. I always start feeling like death and I'm rite back in the game... I really can't stand living this life much longer to be honest... I have so many reasons like I said... I just can't get passed being sick... I have been living this kinda life style going on 18 year's now over half of my life for real I'm about to be 26... Please any kinda advice would be amazing...

Welcome to the site, I've never had to quit being prescribed for various reasons I hope not to have to get off them unless they find something better for pain. Good luck tho on your efforts.
