Bupe Hey, i have urgent question

I have minor hand surgery within 8 hours... I took insufflated 2mg of bupe at friday. I calculated that im gonna have 0.09mg of bupe im me when i go to the surgery. Am i ok with this? They dont even use anestehetic as in im conciusous for whole operation. Is there any worries here? I appreciate fast answer.

I don't fully understand the question. If they aren't using any anesthesia then what is the concern?
