I stumbled upon BlueLight and enjoy all the information people provide. I have had chronic back pain sense 13. My back specialist wanted to put me on pain meds asap but my Mother refused and got me into therapy to learn to deal with the pain better & to learn to move & all that good stuff. It worked for several years. I learned to tolerate the pain. I'm 30 now and the last 5 years I started taking pain pills because the pain some days would be unbearable. I still have not gotten a script but am very close. I love to work & besides being a Certified Bartender I also do hard labor any chance I get. I also hope to maybe meet some kewl people on here
