I am a google queen and often google questions about things before I use said things. It's never safe but I can always try to keep things safer.
I've been brought here to this web page often so... Thanks for that!

Anyways,
I decided to go ahead and just join the damn sight seeing as how I'm now in school, with nothing to do and since no one here gets fucked up on my level, and I love talking about drugs and that I might as well register.

Welcome to bL. Glad to hear it sounds like you're here for the proper reasons.

In answer to your questions, signatures are disabled on the forums, aside from use by staff. On profile pictures:

Bluelighters & Greenlighters are able to use an avatar of a maximum file size of 50KB (size - 50 x 50 pixels or less), once you become a Bluelighter (That's 50 posts and up to 24 hours for the system to switch your account over.) you may use a non-animated image on your profile page with maximum dimensions of 100 x 100 pixels, and a maximum file size of 100KB.
