first time i signed on to BL was around 2003. i was heavily into all types of drugs and felt i needed somewhere to vent my thoughts of what i was goin through. and i fell so much in love with BL that i stayed around for at least 5 years.
then my life changed and so did BL. the journal became a blog and people seemed more focused on flaming and bragging than on proper harm reduction and help. so i left.
now im back again, again with hopes of beeing able to get and give help to others. cause if there is one thing i know, its substance use/abuse, good sides and bad sides.

Bluelight is a great resource, and sharing your experiences is an important service. The information is something that few governments or institutions are willing to contribute, and can save lives. I post on BL for the same reasons you do, because I know the territory and want to help others.
