Just checkin thins out. As I read some other posts I see that I'm not alone when it comes to my meds which my dr hasn't changed/upped in 3 years. I have stenosis, nerve damage, ddd & arthritis in my back. Had I surgery dr wants to do another 1. The worst for me is when I need to get some sleep & can't. I just got valerin root, hopefully it helps

Welcome, you are not alone at all! I myself have had multiple back surgeries this last summer and know all about the problems that come with being a chronic pain patient.
