Is it possible to extract codine from panadine forte and synthesis or convert to morphine then morphine to heroin

Yes you can perform a cold water extraction for pills that contain acetaminophen. Here is a thread to help:

even if it is...why do it? heroin isnt hard to find...just leave it up to the mystery men of southeast asia, afghanistan, columbia and mexico to do that part for you!!!
