Heroin Heroin withdrawal related joint pain

Hey guys.. I used the search engine but couldn't find anything on this topic specifically.

I am coming out the other side of my heroin detox..but I still have bad bad joint pain. I have taken showers and baths and ibuprofen.. can anyone recommend anything else I can do to ease these pains?

My pain is primarily my hips and the most definitely the femoral head and neck and where it connects to the acetabulum. (where the upper leg goes into the pelvis.)

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

There's not much you can do beside continue to take OTC medicines, heat pads, etc.

It will get better with time.

I actually found a remedy that worked. Along with my NSAIDS, and hot bath and stuff, I used Tiger Balm. Do you know what that is? It's like the Asian version of icy hot. Anyway I rubbed it on my joints, all the way around. Not the best move, because some inadvertently must have gotten in contact with my private area cuz now thats on FIRE. However, the joint pain is starting to subside. Not my finest moment.. but what can I say.. Im dope sick.. I have an excuse
