I've never actually seen the mersyndol products with doxylamine, only the 'day strength' which is just codeine/paracetemol.

I still wouldn't recommend CWEing them though, they clog the filter very easily.
 
Big heads-up you WILL get ripped off, the opiate business isn't like, say, buying some pills or grass. No respect, only people trying to get on. First time I tried with a friend in good will to score I lost my wallet and phone and he several teeth.
 
And I have an incidental question: back when I was using oxy's (crushing etc.) I used to wonder; 'If I didn't crush and snort/eat one or two pills, but rather left in their sustained-release coatings and just ate a much larger number - would the effect be a longer high of similar quality? Or something totally negative?'. A doctor told me once that with sustained-release narcotics generally, there is a sort of surge after say 1hr or so and then they level out in their release.

When I've taken oxy's whole, I've found the effects longer lasting, but weaker overall. So it's not 'twice as long, half as strong.' More like '150% of the duration, but 50% of the potency.' So overall you're getting less 'effect,' if that makes sense. Unless you're in a situation where you can't redose, I'd advise crushing them and taking multiple IR doses.

That's strange, I guess some pharmacies aren't carrying it anymore. It should say 'analgesic + calmative' on the box.

Dolased is also the same thing pretty much.

They probably just don't sell them in Adelaide, pretty sure I've bought codeine from every pharmacy in a 20km radius and I've never seen it :p

I think id freak out trying heroin full on, Im more the prescription Junko tell me when smoking it do they just put a bit on Alfoil and put a lighter under it?, then what you suck it up smoke or nose?, curious. How many snorts do you get from a balloon? and how much do you put on the foil each time.
 
yea just place it on alu but i find a candle is alot better. I usually make a big cone made from foil and suck up the smoke. If its H dont use more than 20mg at a time just to test purity n strength. No one can tell u how much to use as we dont know how strong it is. Just experiment, hope it goes down well mate:)
 
is it weird for someone to have a speedy reaction to any amount of heroin when first IV'd then a bit more tired later on
and if u do a wash on it to remove cuts and impurities would it get near the potency of what older nburses and doctors say about heroin.
it is the best painkiller out there and very potent at around 20-30mg
 
Methadonia you'd prob be surprised by how sublte smack is, esp if you're already doing prescription opies. It took me a long time to learn to appreciate it. I honestly find codeine a more pleasant high than h, it just sucks it has that ceiling dose and becomes fairly useless once your tolerance has climbed.
I only ever put a match stick head size bit of smack on the foil to smoke (always crushed, smoking rocks just wastes it) because it doesn't seem to resmoke very well once it's been heated once.
Lagger first time I did smack I felt stimulated but that wasn't banging, and I was just panicking, haha...there does seem to be some shit going around lately though that seems to take a few mins to kick in even after banging.

Sorry to hear that and not dissing your experience BUT gotta say that there are also a lot of real people out there who use and sell to use, who are not rip-off merchant/stand-over punks and who do (believe it or not) care! I really just added this because I've met those kinds of people and the other picture is the one the establishment would like everybody to think and that makes it so much easier for them to demonise everyone involved.

have to admit heroin is shit unless i overdose or drop.
Diphen and codeine 600mg or so CAN make a nice high with no tolerance. has the motivationals peedy aspects of heroin and some sedation, and has better tingles. Although i would rather fent over all of them, oxy is probably better than heroin in my opinion.

Really that's interesting, as in Codeine panadene forte?, how many do you take?. Id love to try the codeine without the paracetamol but hard to get. Interesting out of all the pharmaceuticals, you would choose that as it's fairly weak unlike say Oxy. If an opportunity arose re H smoking it i would, but the routine hassle of scoring i just cbf, prescription is way easier and well cheaper lol.
 
Methadonia, you may want to read up on CWE for codeine, use the forum search engine and you'll find an abundance of info.
