Heroin Heroin that requires citric acid?

Hi, i're recently found a source of heroin that is from Europe and pure enough to require a form of citric acid to intravenously use.
I understand that in European needle exchanges they hand out packets for situations like this, but here in the US they don't carry these supplies which leads me to ask...What can be used as a sterile, safe substance in place of citric acid that can help break down the heroin?

Id really appreciate any feedback.

It should be noted citric acid is only used in Heron #3 which is the basic form of heroin. In north america it is common to find heroin salts which can be just mixed with bacteriostatic water in order to use IV.
Chances are if you're in the states you won't need to use citric acid to IV your heroin unless your dealer tells you otherwise.
 
Citric acid can also be found in beer- and wine-making stores, including many places online. It's very inexpensive.
 
I think it'd even be better to use vinegar for a shot than lemon juice..
 
I used to buy bags of citric powder from a local asian shop as they use it in cooking, normal supermarkets should sell it as well, it's not hard to come by.
Also the less citric you can use to break down your heroin the better as too much citric can really sting when you inject the heroin.
 
Yeah citric powder is the best. Needle exchanges usually carry it, otherwise you can get it at any drug store.

By the way, just because it is base heroin that requires citric acid, doesn't mean anything about it's purity.

They're talking about the salt, it's white-yellow crystals in pure form, you can disolve it to make a solution.
 
^Tramadol head was talking about lemons and folley was talking about tram head. Tram head was being silly i think.

This was an important correction to make, and I'm proud of my post.
 
If you're using vitamin c pills, be wary about inactive ingredients. Don't shoot sterate, etc etc.
 
all good advice. im pretty sure tho heroin #3 is heroin salt that has been made smokable by adding caffeine and other things, while heroin #2 is base heroin. citric acid seems to be the standard and yea it shouldnt be hard to find. and dont inject lemon juice. there can be bacteria on the skin that can cause infections. the stronger the acid the more damage to your veins, just be careful.

and youre positive it doesnt dissolve in water? it should sit on the water from what i understand. pretty rare find if youre actually getting base in the us. i assume youre not getting it from the street.
 
In Europe we call our heroin #3 and it is heroin base. I'm not sure if the we are correct in the number system.

It requires an acid to turn it to a heroin salt to help it dissolve in water. Citric acid can also be bought in eastern european food shops.
