Heroin heroin screws my skin up, peeling like I did a chemical peel. what can I do

I usually buy china white, I haven’t done tar in a long while. I don’t remember how it did my skin. now I mainly iv #4hcl heroin and mix it with coke. within a couple days of use my nose will start to turn red and sore to the touch and eventually the skin will start peeling and of course the rest of my face looks rough.

If I’m just doing dope like #3 I smoke it on foil and my skin is even worse. I don’t use for long periods and it’ll take maybe a week or two for my face to clear up and the skin has fully peeled from my nose and it’s back to normal. I hate it and I get the true answer is just don’t do the dope but yeah.

I just have no idea because I’ve been buying from different people nearly every time because at first I thought it was a cut I was allergic to or something, but every single bag? I don’t have these problems with opioids like hydromorphine

Is it from being itchy and rubbing your nose and face. I notice after I do some heavy opiates for a few days my nose and eyes are sore and red from me constantly rubbing them. Could that be it?

It’s so weird bc I’m never itchy on my face usually my arms when its just dope. Im pretty good about not touching my face. It’s like my nose is super inflamed but literally no other part of my face or body…weird asf.

I’m considering getting some more next week…maybe. I just got some of those 0.22ų sterifilt plus filters, never tried it with heroin so I wonder if that’ll make a difference. Filtering some of the bullshit out. We’ll see

China white has always referred to Chinese produced fentanyl. At some point in the 80s the term was confused with #4, before people really knew of fentanyl. They thought it was just very pure heroin.
