Heroin recovery. Need informations, help & support!

I also kind of plan to pick up some immodium to get me through the rest of the days, as I heard that works as well. so taper down opiate intake for the next 2 days, and then go cold turkey with some immodium?
 
Also want to add that I smoked heroin, and VERY RARELY snorted it, no injecting at all. would this make it less of a withdrawal?
