I wonder if this is still true, I know I read about it 2-3. maybe even 4 year ago. But that as right around the time that the OP 80s were coming into effect. I am sure the switch to Opana caused a whole bunch of ODs for people(people switching to Opana from oxycodone that is, and due to it being so strong when snorted/shot), I have a friend with little tolerance be given a 10 mg piece to snort and he was in mild OD, he went home early that night for no reason and puked and felt ill, but interestingly, AFAIK he never used opiates again after that. Even now Opana can't be snorted, so people are stuck with the Roxies and those are becomgin scarcer and less reasonable to buy for obvious reasons. If heroin isn't already back to leading in ER visits for ODs again, I am sure its at least a much closer battle with Rx'd painkillers.
I also wonder if this is somehwat because people are more likely to think it alright to combine Rx painkillers with other meds like benzos and also with alcohol. While with street rugs people assume its a bigger risk, when its not different in terms of risk at all, its all about dose.
Concerning the urinating thing, I think if its taking you 30-60 seconds to start, maybe a little longer and the streams a bit weak, that is normal opiates use side effect. But if you just plain old can't go at all, and there is complete peace to go (no possibility for stage fright), then you probably did too much.
