heroin making me sick HELP!

I have been using heroin on and off for the last couple months when I first started I sniffed it now I shoot it I've been using everyday for the last few days and I'm feeling really sick naseua chills extreme drowsiness I feel like complete shit my question is why and what can I do to help this? Also o haven't had any good sleep for the last few days could lack of sleep be part of the reason I feel this way?

From that alone it seems like nausea is common. If you are worried though, the best thing to do would be to lower your intake until you get used to it. If it doesn't get better, try and stop heroin use and move onto something else of interest.
 
Nausea is a common side of effect of all opiates/opioids, including heroin.

Try reducing your dose as Jackeh mentioned, or try taking an antihistamine like diphenhydramine to reduce the nausea (you should reduce your dose anyway if you take your heroin with an antihistamine).
 
It could just be a reaction to using strong opiates. Also, you never now what it's cut with. I've had dope that really got me high, but seemed to have been cut with something that just made me vomit and feel ill and had the same effect on other experienced users I knew. There was heroin a few years back that was cut with steroids going around! Maybe ask others that have used the same batch if it's having the same effect on them. Playing around with needles is serious shit!
 
Also do you have any signs of infection? General malaise, feeling tired, abnormal sleep patterns, fever/chills, and nausea can accompany infection. It's really hard to guess what's causing this without more info (like when in relation to using the heroin are you getting these symptoms?). I have never had chills while high on heroin, only when I was in withdrawal. But drowsiness and nausea are common side effects of heroin. Also as BlueHues said, you never really know what's in your heroin.
 
When I read OP's post first thing I think of is withdrawal.

Are you feeling sick when doing the drugs or when off of them like when it wears off?

If it's when the drugs wears off it's withdrawal and only way to get rid of it is to do more drugs or suffer through it. I suggest suffering now so that you don't become really dependent on the drug. You need to stop using every day and space out your usage.
 
It also sounds like WD to me. Could it be that it's been cut so much that there's next to no H left in it? Maybe hit the point where increasing the dose will have to be done to stay out of WD? It creeps up on all of us before we know it! That's where the fun stops and the demons take over.

BTW, I'm NOT suggesting to start upping your dose...IMO, better stop now.

The only reason I wouldn't think it was withdrawals is because, the OP has only been using for a few months, and from the way it's worded, it sounds like they're experiencing these symptoms while using or very shortly thereafter. They haven't responded, so, IDK. I used to puke all night and feel messed up the next day when I first started shooting. And normally, with a small habit, you're not gonna be full on sick to your stomach, with chills covered in sweat. If the OP is in withdrawal, I'm sure they'll figure it out.
