Heroin Heroin laced with fentanyl?

Well I was watching fox news. And they were talking about these stamp bags called "Bud Light" "Theraflu" and "Income Tax". The news is claiming that there has been a large number of deaths from these three bags. As we all know people have been mixing fentanyl in with heroin to increase the potency for some time, but is the media/law enforcement just now figuring this out? And has anyone had any of those bags? And if so how were they?

I had it a couple times out here on the west coast. I didnt like it-it just made me sleepy-no body high, no body warmth, itchies, or euphoria.. In short, nothing i take heroin for. My dealer usually has it, but i never get it... Just dont like it.

^ it wasn't the real deal then, I wouldn't expect it to be though seeing how this is an east coast thing. That shit is by far some of the most potent and dangerous stuff you'll come across. I'm talkin pass out with the needle in your arm potent. EXPERIENCED users who use high amounts of dope are fallin out like flies due to this stuff. Even if you know your shit, approach this with extreme caution.

Yes, it was the real deal. I'm curious as to how you're diagnosing it as not real over the internerd?

It really depends on the dose. Both of you are right - fentanyl in general is regarded as a lot less 'fun' than something like morphine or heroin, and it's more lethal for this reason too. People who take more expecting to get that rush, or a buzz, and ... OD. If you keep the dose low it's just a relatively disappointing, short-lasting, rather risky analgesic opioid.
