I heard a rumor that I know bluelighters can verify or not.
Lately here in the south, the heroin (black tar specifically) that people have been purchasing has been causing a "pins and needles" like effect that is very similar, if not identical to, IV morphine use.
It seems to be a rather frequent occurrence, which is why it has peeked my interest so much.
Very consistent dealers, now offering strange dope?
A friend of mine claims that in his own research, he has established that when diacetylmorphine ages to a certain point, it looses the diacetyl prefix and turns into straight morphine.
Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but I am no chemist.
Can anybody touch on this? I have found nothing to back this up.
