there are pro's and con's to the "War on Drugs".. and i just don't think Legalizing the production and distribution of Poppies is the route of administration. :)
i think we already need far too many clinics and not methadone clinics.. or crooked as subo Doctors.. Heroin Clinics like Europe, that's the only successful route.. i think. =/

Heroin is a staple of my life, why should it cost more than junk food? Or alcohol? Why should it be illegal to grow a plant in the first place?
 
Make all drugs legal... Why the hell not?

Sell the pure regulated chemicals in the forms we are accustom to (freebase or salt) in measured capsules, in dose increments like many prescription drugs. (this can greatly reduce overdose deaths from uncertain concentrations.)

Sell the sterile I.V., smoking and snorting equipment at the same spot.

Sell emergency kits as well just in case...

Have the dope in a card access vaulted refrigerator...

Make a safe using zone and education center in the same building for teachings on better using technique.

Make it a 12 hour dispensary...

As you gain more profit open more dispensaries... accept health insurance as well...

Now, how is this not shutting down any organization in the black drug market?


So think about it... The perfect amount from a clearly labeled container with clearly printed tabs for dose reference. Since you are using pure powder in the form of your preference(freebase or salt), you can use every ROA as efficiently and humanly possible...

You can use smaller pored wheel filters... (.1µm all the way down to .02µm) Cleanest shots possible.

You can't possibly say there isn't enough dope for everyone who is a user because they wouldn't be users without it...

God knows how much money they can generate for the local budget...

Make street dealing illegal and give those poor people jobs...

What bugs me is how stubborn governments can be...

It makes no sense to try and control private matters...

Kill the black market productively dammit!
