how long till you come down from heroin I smoked my last bit 4 hours ago and am still nodding I did quite a high dose tho I just wanna go sleep now tho but when i take h I always wake up for more air I find sometimes I'm still fucked 6 hours after my last dose

I was smoking and snorting also what would you say is more effective between those two types of administration

How come i can never stay asleep is my body waking up due to lack of oxygen maybe I also get ringing sound in my ears which is annoying but dosent always happen what's all that about
