Heroin drug test

I read that heroin stays in your system for up to 3/4 days for a urine test and less for a saliva test. Is this after one use only? What about someone who has used often for a while? And are there any tricks to get it out of your system faster? I believe my test will be saliva. Last time I used was on Tuesday and I had been using daily for about a week and a half
