No, actually it's not some local (chicago btw) slang. It's much easier to aquire some crack on the streets (not so much easier, but more convient) when you're out getting your H. So you just break down the crack with some vinegar (search OD if you really wanna know how) and you can shoot it this way.
And yeah, as on the road said, we're careful...I know my limits and such, I was just suprised to see this thread pop up after this happened way back in what like September for us...ah what memories!
