Heroin Heroin causing hallucinations

Ok, I cop my dope in Detroit, and every once and a while I end up getting some stuff that has some really strange, disassociative side effects. After one dime, it just feels like some above average dope, but nothing too out of the ordinary. Once I get that second one in me, I start talking to people that aren't there. Yeah, I know, sounds crazy. This one time me and my girl split a bundle and I swore there was a room full of people and I was talking to all of them, but really it was just me and her in her parents basement and we were the only ones there. She was having crazy mood swings, going from happy to sad and everything in between because I was hanging out with my "friends" and not talking to her.

So anyway, what the hell is in my dope? I might be a little off in the head, but I have a pretty high tolerance to a lot of drugs, especially opiates and there was definately more going on then just Heroin there. The dope did seem a little whiter than usual, the only feeling I could even vaguely compare it to would be a robotrip (dextromethorphan). Anybody in Detroit or anywhere else get some stuff like this? What the hell is it?

Oh yeah, and I know I'm the guy that seen the demons, but that was different dope and a whole other story, you know?

your dope might have diphenhydramine in it, at low doses it adds to sedation and takes away from heroins side effects, but at higher doses it causes hallucinations/delerium

yeah gear can do that to you, i used to think i was sitting talking to people while i was gouching out on the chair .. i actually really enjoyed that part

When I used to use a lot, during a large session of shooting I would hallucinate.

i think heroin can bring up hallucinations to the user, but not by itself. if youre on something else and then throw some dope into the mix, im sure it can provoke a hallucinatory effect.

yeah, isn't that crazy? I was just talking to a couple of friends of mine about this today (Real ones, you know, human, not a hallucination...) and one said the dope might have PCP in it and the other was convinced it was special K, but ive never tried either one of those, so I wouldn't even know if it was or not.

Its actually been kind of a while since that stuff's been around, kinda wishing it would make an appearance, especially since my tolerance is so low right now (24 days off dope, 16 days off subs).

Ive never personally tripped in the way PCP would make you while on gear and neither have i tried special K either so i cant say for sure if that would be true

Hey OP,

The hallucinations could be from a cut in your heroin, large amounts of diphenhydramine is a good culprit, or the heroin itself, or a fever brought on by an immune response to foreign bodies in your blood, or a lot of other things. The chance that it is cut with another marketable drug is extremely slim, but honestly there is no way for us to know.

Since there is no way for us to know "what the hell is in your dope", this thread is really just endless speculation and I'm going to close it.
