Heroin heroin and xanax and vyvanse and beer

sorry if this wasn't right but I am just wondering how bad this combination is how big of an impact it would have on me but here it goes
so ive been smoking tan powder heroin all day and had one fix-shot I had 2mg Xanax for more of a good nod and drank 4 beers then I took 60mg of vyvanse for some extra euphoria and a little rush and to keep my up cause I wanted my trip to carry on for awhile ive drank 8 more beers so ive drank a total of 12 beers over the course of 5 hours in total time span of 12 hours I have taken a bag for a fix smoked quite abit of the powder taken 2mg Xanax and 60mg vyvance and 12 beers. i am feeling fucking amazing but am wondering if this is something i should not do for a future reference and what is so bad about it obviously mixing uppers and downers strains the heart but what else what could the impact be on me and would like to hear stories if anyone else has taken a combo like this thanks guys

No, this is not something you should do. I've done it before, only difference was I was using Oxycodone instead of heroin. That night didn't end pretty...

This is a dangerous combination. Sure, you may have some fun off combining them. But in my experience it is better to keep them all separate. Beer and xanax alone is dangerous, let alone with additional usage of an opiate...and vyvanse - be careful

yeah i figured well if i do it again which is not likely i will take them in a lot lower doses or just stick with good one or the other i appreciate the replies my friends thank you but if,

As others have said this is a horrible idea. I am willing to bet if you didn't take the stimulant you would be nodding pretty hard right now. Yes, some people with tolerances to all the mentioned substances could handle this with out dying. But, plenty of experienced users have passed from opiates, benzos, and alcohol. I suggest to stop ingesting any more alcohol, benzos, dope or vyvanse. It would be a good idea to have someone to keep an eye on you, in case you fall asleep.
