Misc HEROIN and RITALIN- IV?S and general suggestions for both

*disclaimer I know about dangers of talc and whatnot in ritalin. Also, don't be a hater- I like ritalin. The high is good for me. I had bad rxn to reg paddies. Untold insurance covers adderall Dr or the quality of coke skyrockets and price plummets, ritilin is for me.)

So, after 5 months after moving, I finally found a connect. (Ive been here over a year now). I have done almost every drug blab blab but I really just wanted pills. Ive been getting 10mg lortabs to chomp all month and some spurts of Oxys at friend prices. My friend knows my past and that I'm pretty much the only one he can sell non-pills too. Randomly a couple weeks ago he mentioned his h guy. Well since then ive been snorting and calling to meet up again. The last 2 grams I decided to buy needles (which is hard to find a place that will sell by 10 pack and not just a huge box-also don't need a script here -just like home) so, I got a gram and a half yesterday and went to town. (I swore id never shoot let alone do h again).
Today I got my ritalin filled. I still had/have h left. I shot some h and hours later railed a little r, smoked a fig and was messesd up. Now, I know all the health concerncs with hiving (especially ritalin) and I practice safe shooting. Can you mix h and tit together and shoot it? What about ritalin alone (not a lot, of coarse)? What spacing or combos would you guys do?

I would always recommend not to shoot pharmaceutical pills i know you probably don't want to hear that but they have fillers and other stuff that is dangerous for your veins/arms. I know shooting heroin is not really save either because it is cut with other shit and sold on the street. But...I have shot doses of meth with mixed low doses of heroin ( to smooth out the ampasketch) and turned out fine. BUT IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO SHOOT THOSE SUBSTANCES TOGETHER BAD IDEA

Ritalin and H would be similar to a speedball. Heroin and other opiates lowers the seizure threshold(ritalin and other stimulants lower it too) and has a vagolytic effect(it blocks the vagus nerve, which is involved in the parasympathetic nervous system). This can make a common type of arrhythmia called SVT(supraventricular tachycardia) worse(tachycardia means heart rate over 100). SVT isn't usually dangerous, though. But it can feel unpleasant.

You'll probably be safe if the dose of each is sane. People shoot speedballs all the time. What kind of methylphenidate pill do you have? Some aren't as bad with the inactives, but I think most generics and the brand name ritalin have talc. Maybe you could switch to a safer brand? There might not be one though, I think most have talc, microcrystalline cellulose, or silicone dioxide. It would be best to get a micron filter. Does anyone know of a way to filter better than a cotton filter without a micron filter?

I never shot methylphenidate, but I agree that it's pretty good stuff, especially dexmethylphenidate. You could take the ritalin and use the h for the comedown. Or you could do them both. It's up to you. methylphenidates half life is about 2-4 hours. Me, taking them oral/sublingual, they last about 3 hours. It will probably be shorter IV.

Dont inject ritalin anyone.
It causes phlem to build up in your chest.
Also causes irreversable lung damage. No question about it.
I have a deveated septum from sniffing it for many years.
The ir 20mg cibas are strong.
