Hell, I cant let shit go. I need to know WHY or it eats me up inside. I cant find anything online. So...
No trip report, because i need answers, or i may go mad.
I used H after meth from hour 20 to hour 40 from last meth dose.
I felt the meth leave me about hour 30 after last meth dose and move over to a calm opiate state of mind.
Then from hour 30 to hour 40 I continued to use the remaining H and things got progressively worse, as if I was taking to much of a stimulant instead of H.
I progressed into a state where I would have bad involuntary muscle and body movements, not shaking but jerking and making sounds like grunts from my mouth i couldn't control.
I would take another line of H and it would immediately get worse. Start jerking badly and having insane thoughts and fantasies/ideas, getting very aggressive (but not angry, happy aggressive) and generally lucid psychotic behavior without delusions or paranoia.
Also during this i was seeing objects out of the corner of my eyes in detail. Like shoes looking like a perfectly real cat until looking at it directly. These looked very different (more real) then from meth, MDMA or sleep dep "shadow people" type visuals.
But, i had only been up 2 (or 3?) nights at this point, so it couldn't be sleep dep since 5 nights are still fine for me.
I remember one point where I was so happy I found my lighter and laughed gleefully and my mother freaked out because i was making evil sounds, or laughing in a very evil sounding way. Like real genuine concern (she is religious, as am I in some ways). This memory stuck with me as showing something odd was going on in my head and my reactions to things.
The above didn't feel bad, just annoying, i was still "enjoying" myself but i did realize shit wasn't right, I felt i was very clear mentally during this time, but didn't care to much. So I wasn't crashing, I was definitely high on the H and I certinally took a bit more then usual more often desperately hoping it would do what its supposed to do and make me physically calm and sleepy.
At some point after the H was finished I passed out around hour 40 and apparently was shaking and twitching in bed while sleeping and making sounds. But not those from breathing issues like with opiates but those from over stimulation or bad withdrawals. I woke up often as well during this (felt fine though) so i wasn't passed out and unresponsive (wondering why people are standing over my bed ffs).
I can say with certainty that the H was causing it somehow directly since it got instantly worse when dosing more.
So, possibilities I considered:
1. Still coming down from meth at hour 30 to 40 and those symptoms still occurring and made worse even with higher dose Heroin to calm things down? This would be very strange since I have never lost control of body and voice on a meth comedown.
2. Heroin somehow doing the opposite of what its supposed to? And yes I used the same bag 2 days before the meth and it was normal good H that didn't do this shit so no it wasn't some bunk product.
3. Some weird H/meth interaction. I researched this to death before and never saw anything like this.
4. I may have had some low dose non drowsy antihistamines since i did that when using the H before the meth so may have done it this time but I cant be sure. I know this can cause psychosis in high dosages or with sleep dep, or stims correct? But not loss of physical control right?
5. Withdrawals? This sounds like some kind of withdrawal reaction. I have never had physical withdrawals before and i thought amps didn't cause this? Withdrawing from H while taking H? I am certain I read a thread here where somebody had this weird type of reaction with opiates as well.
