Heroin - 1st Time - Pleasantly Surprised

I'm a relatively experienced opiate user. I have had some unpleasant run-ins with pharmaceutical opioids, and have since stopped using them. However, I've always been interested in dope and wanted to give it a try.

I procured a small amount from a friend of a friend of a friend in downtown Los Angeles. It came wrapped in a small water balloon and had the consistency and appearance of medium-grade hash, but with a distinct acetic smell.

I took a piece of the chunk off and put it on a piece of tin foil. Armed with a straw and a lighter, I vaporized it and got a solid 10 or so drags before it was pretty much cashed out.

It had a very unique taste. Not good, not bad, just strange. The best way I could describe it was like eating BBQ after you brush your teeth. After the 2nd or 3rd drag, I could feel the opiate high. I sat down in my Lay-z-boy recliner and watched some adult swim when I was done. After a few minutes I felt really good. The high is very similar to morphine (not surprising considering heroin is a prodrug of morphine), but slightly more intense.

I slept very well that night. %)

Its also something that i've always wanted to try..just a bit a bit nervous and dont wanna end up with addiction.

man i was actualy dissapointed by dope. i snorted a whole bag and i got high but it wasnt any better than a good dose of oxy or my unique favorite butrophanol.

I hear Heroin is simply too nice.
People don't want to stop taking it.
People lose their future to it. ..their career, their health, their relationships.

I've decided to wait until I'm 80 before i try it.
I might move to switzerland too.. addicts get it for free there.. it cuts down on the crime rate by a huge margin.

I tried popium tea ... made from opium poppy heads.
The tea was easily strong enough to give me all the characteristic side effects:
itchy skin, my attention phasing in and out (a little like cannabis), fucking painful constipation.... but other than a sleepy relaxation.... no bliss.. no lovely-warm feeling.

it just didn't work for me... I tried repeatedly... but it just didnt work.
... on balance, i decided i prefered space cake (cannabis).

but since then I've decided that maybe there's a small mercy in that.
Maybe enjoying it too much .. might have upset the balance.

i wonder if that means i'm going to have a disappointing 80th birthday party ?

Coming from an ex-regular user of heroin, it is simply over rated.
