Hi there Welcome aboard!

Day 2 heroin detox, that's a hard time if you aren't prepared. I mean it's gonna be hard time regardless, but you are better off with a plan. If you need any other tips to go with your plan, you can check out this thread if you haven't already.

My plan was to just sweat it out in bed. lol but there are better methods

I've been where you are and know how tough this can be. Devastating to most of us.
Do make a medical follow up. There are some important medications that can make you feel better.
Although you must be suffering a lot right now, this will soon pass and in a matter of days you'll feel better.
