pFPP is legal worldwide according to some website as well.
shit pipe gives massive head ache when mixed with other pipes.
DMAA is currently legal in NZ where as piperazines aren't. As the products in this story are marketed legally from within New Zealand, I'd be very surprised if they were found to contain piperazines
