Hepatitis recovery and MDMA

Hello I'm new to the forum, I've been lurking here and decided to register just to ask this question. Well the thing is that I got hepatitis recently, since I haven't had sexual interocourse or used needles or anything it seems like I have a viral hepatitis or hepatitis A I think, could be autoimmune but still not sure because more tests need to be done.

Well the yellow is fading away and I'm feeling better, they said recovery might take 2-4 weeks, but I think that in 1-2 weeks I will be recovered.

Well the thing is that on Feb 11 I want to go to a rave and take MDMA, just 1 pill. Will that cause liver damage? What if I take half and snort the rest? Could that prevent damage?

I was thinking maybe take milk thistle along with other antioxidants right before rolling. What about plugging (sounds painful as hell)?

Well I hope someone could help me, this is crucial, I need help because I already bought the tickets and I can't just back out. Has anyone with hepatitis every rolled and been ok? I mean I know people with hepatitis who drink alcohol and seem fine, so I'm wondering maybe with hepatitis it could be the same, although I'm recovering so maybe I'll be completely recovered by the 11th or be slightly recovered. I'm taking milk thistle everyday to speed up recovery.

Well any info is greatly appreciated, thanks!

The doctors say 2-4 weeks but you say 1-2. ahuh.

Hepatitis takes a huge toll on your body and yes it will take a long time to fully recover.

You will probably be very tired in the meantime.

I dont think it would be a very good idea to be using drugs. It is believed that mdma use will reduce your immune system so the chances are that with an already heavily depleted system that your just asking for trouble.

Apart from that I think it is extremely negligent of you to put other people at risk. Hepatitis is a very infectious disease.

So firstly try thinking about someone other than yourself and the harm your actions will have and secondly think of the damage you may do to yourself.

To be honest I would just not go and wait, but I already paid for the tickets and it's not like I'm rich so I have to go now. I actually think I got contaminated food because my friends and family haven't gotten hepatitis.

But please can anyone confirm that it is possible to survive 1 pill of MDMA recovering of hepatitis? Does anyone know? I know it sounds dangerous but I hear people drinking alcohol and stuff with hepatitis and not caring. I do care about myself, I take good care daily, people say I'm a freak for that, so I really want to know! Thanks!

Here is an article at MAPS about MDMA use in people with Hepatitis

Thanks a lot for that, that helps, but does anyone know if those people took ecstasy while their liver was inflamed, I've been told Hepatitis C symptoms come and go.

I'm really worried because it's tomorrow, I have no time to made this decision and I really want to go and I paid for the VIP ticket and the pill already.

Well just wondering because if my liver gets inflammation and then I roll that could be worse? I have a lot of milk thistle, and I also got artichoke extract, beet leaf, dandelion root, turmeric extract, black radish root, inositol, and astaxanthin so maybe that coule help too.

Well if anyone knows anyone who has rolled with hepatitis tell me, that would make the rave tomorrow WORRY-FREE!

So go, but don't roll. Save the pill for another time. It won't kill you to go to a rave sober. It could kill you to take the chance on not being sober and having something go terribly wrong.

Just food for thought. Losing ticket money is better than spending thousands of dollars on medical bill money...

Or, you know, a funeral ;D

Really though. This should be a no-brainer.

So I was recently diagnosed with Hep C. I don't use MDMA but I am interested to know what is hepatoxic and I should stay away from. I figured I might as well tack onto this thread for now. I know alcohol is a given. It appears that right now I'm asymptomatic. Would it be ok to have 2 light beers on a Friday night or should I just avoid it like the plague? I smoke pot fairly regularly which I'm guessing is no big deal. I'm also a cigarette smoker, which is just plain bad for me in every way, shape and form, but with all the stress plus not drinking at all, kicking that habit may be a losing battle anyway, right now at least. I've heard speculation that Kratom might also be hepatoxic but I've seen this debated. I've been know to use it once in a while, but would have no problem just not doing it, I don't have an opioid habit to keep in check or anything. I will also use phenibut and picamilon from time to time before social situations. Also I take Taurine, L-theanine, and L-tryptophan maybe 4 days out of the week. I just got word back from my Dr. that the Hep specific blood test confirmed that it wasn't a false positive. I haven't even begun to talk about treatment. I've never used needle drugs, never snorted anything with a dollar bill, or shared a straw. Neither my current nor ex girlfriend have it. I have no clue how I got this =( What should I expect through treatment? If I eat healthy food, excercise, and take care of myself, and follow a course of treatment do I stand a good chance of beating this? I'm in my mid 20s. From those who have experience or knowledge what should I expect? Thanks all. I'm willing to do what it takes to get healthy; I'm too young to say; "fuck it."
