magnesium does wonders if taken before roll. I like to suck on the baby glowstix too, kinda keeps my mouth occupied so it doesn't clench. Don't bite them too hard though, if they break, won't taste too great. =-)

hi B. it´s me. hehehe that rhymed. ummm...yeah...use a soother like i do. i thought i told u about that already...or do u feel stupid doin it or sumthin? well whateva...use a soother or gum or just try and relax your jaw(as hard as that can be)
