Take an incandescent light bulb, cut around the threaded part toward the beginning, remove the metal on the very end, take a very solid stick like object and shatter the glass found in the center of the threaded part that is concave into the bulb, make sure to completely as possible shatter the glass out of this part to eliminate risk of breathing it in, shake bulb out to dispose of the broken glass and the filament pieces, take table salt and pour the bulb about 1/3 the way full, shake vigorously, pour out salt, do again, then tap it a bit to get anything left in the bulb, put dose in bulb, apply flame to bottom until the substance vaporizes, back off slightly with flame, begin to inhale while wavering flame until a steady flow of vapor is coming up, then remove flame so the substance doesn't burn, plug the open end with thumb to prevent vapor from escaping, repeat as desired.

I haven't consumed a-PVP any other way, but mind you that its extremely addictive for most people. I have a really weird ability when it comes to most substances wherein I can just stop when I feel like it is necessary for my own safety. Sadly, many other people I have met do not have this self-control and end up horribly addicted to things like a-PVP or other extremely euphoric drugs. A percentage of these individuals go on to die a pre-mature death, but if you trust yourself then by all means have fun. I enjoyed it an awful lot, but I can't recommend it to anyone due to the risks involved with such an extremely euphoria producing drug such as this...
