Opioids help with this (see pic), fentanyl patch

I have ONE of these and after doing a lot of reading I'm still not sure what the best avenue is for recreational use.

I'm including the pic so there is no doubt what sort of fent patch I'm talking about (apparently there is more than one type). I've read about people cutting up patches and sucking on them, some say sublingual, some plug... I really am scratching my head over this one and could use some pointers from those with experience.

I have a very high tolerance (I've been using dilaudid daily for 18 months and a 12mg iv dose barely phases me) so I'm hoping the potency of the fent will have what it takes to give me a nice, one-time "happy" experience like I used to have before my tolerance skyrocketed.

What I'm trying to say is I'm not worried about ODing and I am quite confident that you can easily double whatever dose you might consider dangerous for the average opiate user...

You have a gel patch containing a total of 7.5mg of fentanyl in it. Here is what you do to take out the gel from the patch.

Get a knife or a needle and poke a small hole on the corner of the patch. Do not peel the patch back from it's adhesive layer.

Squeeze out a small amount of gel about the size of a small pee and put it on tin foil.

Then hold the lighter as far away as possible from the foil while steadily inhaling through an empty pen tube.

You will be inhaling vapor which is odorless. If you see smoke, you are wasting the fentanyl.

You will taste the fentanyl once you get the method down and feel the effects nearly instantly.

I prefer smoking fentanyl then any other ROA. You can also rub a small amount, again the size of a pea on your gums and this will last longer but is more dangerous and sedating.Be safe, don't become a statistic. When you are done smoking or rubbing the fentanyl on your gums, then get a piece of tape and cover the hole that you created when you poked it in order to prevent any fent from leaking out. After you are done with all of the gel, you can cut the patch into pieces and chew on them to obtain the residual fent. Don't think that your tolerance is too high to prevent you from overdosing.

Uhhh there's no way the patch contains 75mg total. Patches generally last 72 hours, and given that its 75mcg/h, that'd be 5.4mg.

Also, definitely start very very small, even with your tolerance.

^ You are right, I don't know what I was thinking. Patches contain more than the 72 hour dose however.

Can I plug the fent I squeeze out of the patch? Plugging opiates has always given me great results.

Don't think that your tolerance is too high to prevent you from overdosing.

also, even after the 3rd day they have a little left in them, I always heard 75mcg/hr patch contained 7.5mg of fent, and a 100mcg/hr patch contained 10mg total.

you can also stick it on your arm, then wrap a towel around it then heat the towel up with an iron, like what you iron pants with. That was the first way i abused fent patches the heat makes the shit release alot quicker. Im not sure if you can plug id look for th BA of rectal fent. Ive also tried smoking the stuff and just chewing a patch like gum. Chewing the patch up will fuck you up.... Im not sure if that is good advice though... i took me chewing three to OD and i already had a fent tolerance. The thing is if you chew just spit it out when you start feelin hi and seal it up in a ziplock then chew a bit later. I would recomend the cloths iron method first as that will be pretty safe just dont nod and drop that fuckin hot ass iron on your arm

Ok, I tried plugging and it was a great success! So much so that i thought it deserved it's own thread, which I will call "how to plug fentanyl." so check it out and I will most likely continue this discussion there.
