Help! Help with psychedelic magic mushrooms - golden teachers

I am a new member on here. Male 35, 75 KG.

Was trying to get some help and information about an issue I am facing right now.

I took my first and only trip on magic mushrooms over half a year ago.

It was a mega dose of around at least 5 maybe even up to 10 grams dry golden teachers.

Since then my heart beat is racing like crazy and won't calm down again.

resting pulse was 60 before, now it is 90.

Pulse even goes up to 120 and higher over the day.

Can somebody explain this to me and maybe guide me in the right direction on how to solve this?

You should definitely see a doctor immediately if your resting heart rate is going up to 120bpm.

Given your rough assumption of the weight, I'm guessing you just eyeballed mushrooms? In the future please weigh your drugs before taking them. It sounds like you picked up an anxiety disorder or some anxieties have come closer to the surface since. The heart rates you mentioned as being current are noticeably dangerous and you should at least see if a doctor could throw you some propranolol or something similar.

In the meantime, meditation may also help.
