im 16 and addicted to heroin. i have been doing it for a year, but started shooting 2 months ago. my brother just caught me and said if i dont quit and dont go anywhere just stay in the house he wont tell my mom. but i want to use so bad! i know im going to fuck up and get high, and that would ruin everything! can you please help me? im sick now and all i can think about is shooting up please help.

its a difficult one but the best thing to do is come clean and admit to your family you have a problem and need support might sound frightening but in long run best to be honest your 16 plz do sumthing now so you dont spiral out of control you might be surprised how supportive your family might be if you say your self instead of them finding out

You're young enough to where getting caught and asking for help would be very beneficial for you. No one wants to be 16 and shooting up.....If you think you cant stop now you sure as hell wont be able to do it 2+ years down the road when your out on your own.

I started doing dope at 15 but didn't pick up a needle till 18? Couldn't really tell you for sure, one thing I can tell you for sure is that most of the kids I did dope with at that age are dead. The others are in jail or still struggling to stay clean. Heroin is a dead-end street. Quit while your ahead. If I really think about it maybe 5 out of the 30 or so regular users have any significant clean time.
Do what ever it takes to get clean. That is my advice.

honestly though theres not much we can do to help you, you have to help your self. all we can do is tell you at-home remedies and shit like that.
you are young, you have your whole life ahead of you. think of it as a blessing that you are being foced to quit so young. remember how hard it is, and remember that if you continue use, it only gets tenfold harder... to be honest, the hardness just keeps multiplying every day week year decade you use opiates.
