Help with fetanyl patches!

Ok! I just happened to get lucky and score a couple of these...They are 7.5mg or 75ug/hr....I have a pretty low opiate tolerance still.
I have taken this week though - 4 percs(Roxicet) Friday - which is 20mgs of oxycodone
Then saturday night took 2 percs.
Now i'm wondering (its sunday) If tomarrow(monday) if I should try one of these patches!
Has anyone had any?
How intense will it be?
How much do they go for on the street???
{I'm going to pay $30(is that decent)}
Also what should I whatch for?

oh by the way- i'm not some kid stealing his grandparents drugs- I'm going to take this no matter what- I was just hopin gfor some info!

For the record 7.5 mg is not the same as 75 micrograms. A 75ug Fentanyl patch may be too potent for you. $30 is a decent price. You could try cutting it in half, or you could try putting it on, if you feel yourself starting to nod off, take the patch off. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T EAT IT. 75ug would be too much for you oral. For best results put it over your heart, you'd want to shave that area first if you have any chesthair. This would work best when your poors are open. Like after a shower. Good luck! Take it off if you feel like you are getting too drowsy.. You don't want to fall asleep with it on if its too much for you to handle! Or you may never wake up.

Thanks so much! I kinda thought that It was to much for oral use! So if I get a shower - then stick it on, wait like 2 hours - then I can take it off, till I want to come back up?
So if I start to nod off(which I absolutely love) I should take it off?

What's wrong with taking it orally? I never feel anything at all if I stick the patches on my skin. That's some interesting advice though. Is there really a big difference if you stick it on your chest by your heart?
I should say though that even with an opiate tolerance I would never do the whole patch. I usually divide a 75ug patch into 2 or 3 oral doses.

Ford: Absolutly nothing is wrong with taking it oraly. I just think for his first time he shouldn't take it orally. Once he becomes more familiar with fentanyl then maybe oral would become an option.

If you are feeling good and not getting too drowsy just leave the patch on! It will last a couple days.

You may enjoy the nod feeling, just DON'T FALL ASLEEP WITH THE PATCH ON!!! If you feel yourself starting to fall ASLEEP take it off!!

Fentanyl is far better than Oxy or Hydro. It is around 40 times more powerful than heroin. Making it one of the best opiates known to man. Far exceeding even heroin.

Depending on how much you put on, you will feel VERY euphoric and all the wonders that opiates provide you.

I don't know of any methods to extract it. If anyone has a method please let us know! I know some of us have been trying to figure out how to extract it effectivly but with no luck. Also you must remember that 75ug is a VERY VERY minute amount. 1,000ug is in 1mg. So handling the substance once extracted would be a very difficult task.

Just cut one of the corners out and press on the patch till the gel oozes outta the hole.

that gel is the pure drug?
Its such a small amount in there- will I be able to seperate into like 4 doses or could I sepparate it into more?
Can some body help with a decent dose reccomendation!
I am familiar with oppiates, and really love the way they make me feel, I am a 6' tall, 200lb guy. And usually I have been just breaking the threashhold of opiates!
(20mgs oxy)(30mgs of Hydro).
Any input would be greatly appreciated

Do half of it. Btw, dont push all of the gel out. Only take out what your gonna use.

If you seperate it into more than 4 doses you are wasting it imo. You have fentanyl! If you take baby hits like that, you might as well be doing hydrocodone or something cause that's what it will be like.
I suggest doing half of it. You;ll love it.

I believe people have been having trouble extracting the fentanyl from the gel. For some reason it doesn't like to stay active outside of gel form. This is just what I've heard from people who have tried it. Your better off just to eat the fresh gel. Don't try to dry it.

Hmmm, I would see nothing wrong with putting it in a container of some sort, sealed. Or wraping it up with something like saran wrap and tossing it in the refridgerator. I don't know that the gel evaporates in room tempetures anyway, but just to be safe...

Also, you will most likely lose the med. It's only micrograms. If you evap everything that it's dissolved in your not gonna be left with a visible product.
Squeeze your dose out of the patch and leave the rest in there. Prop the patch up so nothing oozes out.
Btw, what's the conversion of ug to mg? I thought 75ug was 7.5mg. Is it .75mg? That would be invisible for sure.

I'm pretty sure that is what it says on the package! ON the Top it says 75ug - - then down at the active ingrdients it says 7.5mgs of fetanyl.
One more question -about how long will this last - is there different stages I should be aware of?

Right, its 7.5mg of fentanyl released in 75ug an hour I believe. And 75ug is .075mg
And yes there are stages. For me with strong opiates there is always the coming up period (unless you IV it) where I just feel a bit "different" then there is the peak, with the waves of euphoria and feeling of well-being, and the feeling of pleasureable warmth washing over your body. Then for me personaly, that goes away and I just feel good, but drowsy, and the drowsyness increases with time, unless I do more. This is just my personal experience with strong opiates though, your experiences may differ!

It'll last a long time. Oral doses are always good for long durations.
If you can score some codeine you're gold. For some reason, I have noticed, small doses of codeine seem to prolong a fentanyl high. You could be completely done with the fentanyl, take 30mg of codeine, and you'll be rocked all over again.
