Help with fetanyl patches!

Just in case it isn't clear from the discussion, BE VERY CAREFUL! If you consume 3.25 mg of bare fentanyl, you will die. Probably there is some protection so all the fentanyl isn't released, but who knows.
What are people's experiences here eating them? The patch contains 100 times the amount (75ug) that would get you obscenely high, if not knock you out. If eating 1/4 of the patch works OK, you're wasting most of the drug that way. I don't know exactly how the patches work, and sadly I've never played with one, so I can't help too much.
Keep in mind that fentanyl is extremely short-acting--IV fentanyl lasts only an hour or so--and these patches are designed to last for four days. Hence there is 7.5mg total in the patch, released at 75ug/hour for 100 hours. This makes playing around risky.... if you get 1/100 of the patch it could be fun; if you get just 1/10 of the patch at once, it'll probably be lethal.
The safest thing is prob to just stick it on you... go to www.duragesic.com , they have instructions. It may be too strong for you, watch out. It takes something like 12h for the full effects to be reached, don't ask me why.
Supposedly heating the patches can cause large amounts of fentanyl to be released at once. I don't advise it, people have died this way.

Another fact about Duragesic, you can heat up the patch and patch site with a hot water bottle to increase the release rate.

I have eaten fetanyl patches before. I started with just one and split it with a friend. I felt pretty good but have a strong resistance to opiates and wanted another. So like a dumb ass I ate another by myself, this time I didn’t share it. I began to feel real sick like I was about to puke but never did. I remember rushing out trying to find a coffee house open because I was deathly afraid to go to sleep. The next day I was still feeling ill, even after trying to make myself puke unsuccessfully. I broke out in a burning rash all over my face and arms. This was probably due to the silicon base in the gel. I was sick as hell and paid the ultimate price for my stupidity. I suggest no one shoot this mess because of the properties of the gel. Be careful on the dose, half is good..
 
The ultimate price for stupidity when it comes to drugs is death. Or even worse than death, you could have sucked dick for coke.
Getting a little sick for 2 days isn't really that bad when you think of all the other things that can happen.
 
well, I decided just to put it on! (for a little while....How long should it take to feel anything?
I figure if I don't get anything out of it this way, I can always cut it open later(but not Visa/versa!

Alright, there is so much DEADLY ADVICE in this thread I have to step in..
1) When it comes to drugs that are thousand of times as potent as heroin, please just ignore whatever a greenlighter says ... they know not what they speak
2) There IS enough drug in a 7.5mg patch to KILL YOU, in fact, KILL YOU A FEW TIMES then go to your grave and urinate on your headstone! Fentanyl is NOT A CHILDS PLAY THING LIKE CODEINE!
What do you do? You WEAR THE PATCH ... TRUST ME, for someone that isn't a total junkie, 75ug/hr WILL have you fucked up, if not floored.. I consider myself to be an "advanced user" when it comes to narcotics, and a 100ug patch had me IMMOBILE... I just sat on a couch at [a fellow bl'ers house] and kinda watched the world go by... on another occasion I had already had the patch on for a GOOD 24 hours (again, 100ug) and ended up wrecking the front of my car by hitting a gaurd rail...
So for someone that doesn't use a lot, do this:
Shave the area right above yer heart, I mean, even if you are hairless still run over it with a razor to get those pores open... hop in a hot shower if you like (to further open the pores) then put ther patch on - right over yer heart ... press the patch for about 30 seconds to 1 minutes to get the gel started.. I alsoadvise you rub it a little - this gets the juice flowing!
They SAY that the effects don't set in for some god awful time like 6 hours, but you will definitly be floating in a couple hours... the really intense high only lasts about 30 hours, then it's downhill...
You can't really takethe patches off because once the membrane is exposedto air, the chemical wont pass through correctly...
They also come off fairly easy, so I recomend you get one of those really big band-aid pads to cover it ...
DO NOT EAT THE GEL ... if you do, and you die, I will come piss on your grave too! Until you're VERY experienced with the drug I don't recomend trying to do something foolish like that... asfor injection - well, like I said, ignore the greenlighters...

Thanks Phreex - I already did one of them,[Where were you when I needed you] I put it on, Then I took it off after like 18 hours. I was pretty much smashed. I wasn't sure what was going to happen to me!
I guess I ruined whats left huh!
Well,I poked a small hole in the corner and I ate like 3 or 4 small drops(like 1/32 of the gel) , yesterday, and I was buzzed up pretty good.
Is there any problems with doing this Phreex - or can I maybe up this oral dose safely!

Until ou have REALLY played with patches you're best sticking to the transdermal router (thru the skin) .. orally is a differn't ballgame ... the honest truth is that you could, but I am not willing to advise you do this then end up killing yourself...
