HELP TOOK 20000 mg of paraceatomal

Hi guys so me being me decided to pop aload of cocodomal and im not even getting a buzz i fell sleep and hour afer taking and woke up now and i aint even buzzing but my stomach hurts i kow its a lot of para but im really peed off i didnt get a buzz etc but anyway what can I take for a paraceatomal overdose or hangover i was thinking some water iboprofen asprin and a nice hot bath what do you guys think?
 
So you took 20 grams of Paracetamol? I'd get to the hospital as soon as possible if I was you. Anything under 4g is safe, I think it's common people die around 10g so 20g is pretty serious shit.
 
If you're not a troll go to the ER asap as 20g of apap will most likely kill you due to hepatoxicity
