Stimulants Help to find best adderall/water ratio for plugging?

Ok simple . I need to know the best most potent mix for plugging . I will be using a 10ml syringe so for a 10ml dose how much of my generic 30s do I grind and what's the best process for dissolving with little loss. I have big tolerance so no worries .
