^Yeah, in that scenario, if you absolutely have to work, you almost have to redose at least some point just to be able to remain functional and coherent, but given the fact that the OP was still high, and only had to work for four hours...I would just try to tough it out..
It can be very weird to have to go into a work environment and interact with completely straight people when you're weirded out from sleep deprivation...
I get all the weird symptoms of meth after only a day of doing it now...It's like once you've slipped into that weird weird of borderline psychosis/sleep deprivation, it eventually is easier for your mind to just slip into that state...
But like someone else said, the little visual hallucinations are recognizable, and more of an annoyance than anything else...as long as you don't push it too far....
It definitely takes something out of you for the energy it gives you....It also doesn't have the same effect if you're a chronic user...Some people do become dependent on it just to function, and are able to eat and sleep on it...which is just a point you don't want to reach with that drug...
