Hey, 49 y/o born in Western NC raised on fried foods.Vegetables, squash:fried!! green beans :fried!! Everything fried. Smoked cigarettes for 32 years. Diagnosed with throat cancer first of this year. Given first round of radiation ending April 30. Triglycerides in CBC too high 577mg/dl. Doctor says next time I have radiation could have a heart attack, I have to bring triglycerides down to 200 mg/dl or below. I know most of you guys are young on here but any advice? I have advice for young people.....don't smoke cigarettes, please.......really!! Any advice on reducing triglycerides fast welcome. Thanks,
