Help quitting h

Well I'm really just going to cold turkey again I got a good supply of gabapentin that from what I'm reading sould help with rls, so if I can get some rest and sleep that first day it will help alot I always seem to find that once I'm in wd and I can finally sleep I start to feel better paws is there still but that doesn't really bother me other then the body pain and being overly tired. If I have to use kratom I will but I'm trying to cut out opiates all together, I've only been using for 3 months and if I at least don't taper down now it's just going to get harder
Not tryna sound like a dick but 3 months is nothing you won't even feel it it's just because you know your in 'withdrawal' that it seems bad but trust me if you don't quit now after a couple years it will get a lot worse if you fail to quit don't best yourself up though mentally it's just as addicting maybe looking into maintenance of that's the case

The kindling wffect is a bitch innit?

I'm cleaan from opiates but I'm suffering too much from chronic pain ima relapse on morphine I think. I don't wanna be drinking half a bottle of whisky errday to cope with the pain uu
As much as being hooked on opiates sucks, alcohol is FAR FAR worse for the body. It is quite literally poison that attacks almost every single organ in the body.
So you're right to want to avoid alcohol.
Plus it doesn't really help much with pain anyway.

When was the last time you spoke to a doctor about your chronic pain?
