HELP! Quick question, taking aleve or otc pain meds with VYVANSE/adderall??

I used to be on adderall with quiet a bit of left overs since i rarely use them, and i'm also now prescribed or have been 60mg of vyvanse a day (which I hardly take and this time it's been 12 days in counting). My adhd symptoms are so not so bad and have been getting better since I have started exercising a few months ago which has also been helping me with the motivation and slight increase in the desire to do stuff. Plus the comedowns off vyvanse (a lot less harsher then meth or adderall) were still bothering me enough. The foggy state of mind after the good feelings wear off, sensitive skin and bones etc.

Well I do drink quiet a bit of water but usually prior to taking the medication or when "coming and spiraling down". So it's not the hydration, it could be that and i generally force myself to eat a little here and their not a lot but enough. Either way i still get "hot flashes" and stiff as common symptoms with any amphetamine i've taken even with this pro-drug vyvanse. And sometimes i get headaches/body aches it just depends. I read a long time ago, to NEVER mix an amphetamine (meth, vyvanse, adderall, dexedrine etc) with a NSAID because you can die or something.

Well I decided to take my medicine and already having a slight headache (idk why) I decided to take an aleve since i knew it would probably reduce the physical part of the drug that i experience. So I feel my medicine slowly starting to kick in, can someone please clarify for me that taking a tylenol/aleve/ or any other otc pain killer is safe with vyvanse. I heard it has to do with something with the blood and can lead to stroke IDK BUT IT FREAKS ME OUT! As of now, i'm not feeling anything negative and hope I don't. Please tell me.

Anyone?! Where all you amphetamine users and abusers lol. It's still a little early to tell if anything negative will happen but i am getting very pleasant tingles in my head that are usually a lot weaker or not as noticable.

I am unaware of any interactions between amphetamines and NSAIDs or acetaminophen. You should be ok.

Thanks, I don't where i read multiple times where people kept saying it's dangerous to mix aleve/tylenol with vyvanse because it thins your blood or you can die of a stroke or something like that. But hopefully your right and others on amphetamines that have taken tylenol or aleve can confirm on that?
