Help plz scared of death mixing scripts

Okay so for about 6 years I've taken a subs and about last 2 years I've been taking blues daily both daily. I'm scared cuz I'm having heart pains and I have muscle issues. And I have nobody I can talk to about this. I want to get help but I don't want to disappoint my fam. I am scared I will die soon and could use some advice. I've been getting rashes and like I said my muscles hurt and my heart hurts. Any advice would be appreciated thank u for ur time

Don't think anyone is qualified to diagnose you on here, you should see a dr and get tested. Blues as in Xanax or...? I've taken benzos and subs for years also, both prescribed by the same dr wih no issues but you should definitely get checked as it could be anything.
