Im takin a legal high (I no not a sensible move) but I am tryin to be responsible with it. Im using something called snthacaine its like the legal equivalent to coke ive got this app on my phone that monitors my heart rate Iits up at 136 apparently I no its gonna be higher than normal cause of the drugs I just wanted to know if this is a safe bpm for what im doin If theres such a thing thanks

I'm not sure I'd trust a phone app for an accurate bmp, but if you feel like it is crazy fast or if you feel any other dangerous side effects, go to the ER. Seriously man. It's not worth your health (or life). For future reference, don't fuck around with "legal highs." Synthetic drugs are always very sketchy as they often aren't tested and the effects aren't well known. Best of luck man. I'll pray for you.

If you are seriously worried go to the ER/Urgent care and let hopefully it be a lesson for you.
Also, finding out what the average healthy range of BPM for an adult or for your age is east with the internet. Here's the first google link that popped up:
http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-living/fitness/expert-answers/heart-rate/faq-20057979

Like it says there are also other factors that can contribute to lower or higher average rates in individuals.

Soupynoodle, street heroin & coke are sketchy in my eyes. The problem here is people not researching the chemical in question before using it, and not practicing safe habits like allergy tests, proper dose weighing, etc. Exponentially more people die every year from "classic" drugs than from research-chemicals, so the reasoning doesn't really hold up.

Sade go to the doctor if you are worried, and next time don't go getting high on whatever you can find without even knowing about it, or how a light dose affects you. There are lots of resources for information on research chemicals available on the internet. Bluelight is full of information on them, especially harm reduction related info.

Best wishes.
