Help opana to suboxone first time sum long time opana user.

Take 2 20mg opana daily (snorting). took last 10mg line at 9pm yesterday.
i feel like shit and rate a 17-18 on cows scale. i just took 4 mg of sub about 25 min ago i dont feel better or worse. if i was going to have precipitated withdrawals things would have gotten worse right. should i take more sub (4mg)] or just wait longer.

Well suboxone won't kick in that fast i don't think so wait. Also if your already in withdrawal im pretty sure subs won't make it worse.
